On the morning of July 1, a ceremony to commemorate the 105th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China (CPC) was convened with great solemnity at the Great Hall of the People. Xi Jinping, General Secretary of the CPC Central Committee, President of the People's Republic of China and Chairman of the Central Military Commission, conferred the July 1 Medal on its recipients and delivered an important speech.
The Company Party Committee organized nearly 40 participants, including members of the Party Committee, secretaries of all Party branches and Party member representatives, to watch the live broadcast of the ceremony collectively and earnestly study General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speech.

While watching the live broadcast, all Party members listened attentively and took careful notes. Following the ceremony, they reviewed the glorious journey of the CPC over the past 105 years, during which the Party forged ahead through hardships and obstacles. They gained an in-depth understanding of the essence of the important speech and felt the tremendous power of the great founding spirit of the Party, creating a solemn and reverent atmosphere at the viewing site.

Subsequently, Xiao Yutong, Deputy Party Secretary of the Company, delivered a concluding speech. He quoted General Secretary Xi Jinping: “Our Party is fully aware that it takes a good blacksmith to forge good steel. We are good at examining ourselves against the demands of the times, alerting ourselves with a strong sense of urgency, and improving ourselves through the spirit of self-revolution. We attach great importance to self-improvement of the Party, resolutely eliminate all factors that undermine the Party’s advanced nature and purity, and root out all viruses eroding the Party’s healthy body, growing stronger through revolutionary tempering.” The company is now at a critical stage of climbing uphill and overcoming hardships. All cadres must draw strength from the spirit of “press forward courageously amid mounting dangers”, regard the current crisis as a rare opportunity for thorough transformation, and steer the right course amid changes and uncertainties.
He pointed out that this year we must push forward rectification with the resolve to "cut off an arm to survive". On the one hand, we must embed compliance operation deep into our mindset. On the other hand, we will focus on advancing project implementation and guaranteeing product delivery to regain market share amid tough challenges.
He demanded that all cadres stay focused on four key areas:
Focus on shifting mindsets: Foster awareness of tightening belts amid austerity. Refuse to stand by as onlookers; step forward as fighters.
Focus on project delivery: Prioritize all work around guaranteed deliveries, with administrative departments fully supporting frontline teams.
Focus on compliance red lines: Strictly rein in operational risks and ensure full compliance in finance and information disclosure.
Focus on safety and stability: Hold fast to safety red lines and keep the workforce united.
This collective viewing session served as both an in-depth Party spirit education and a general mobilization to confront hardships head-on. All participants agreed that they would translate what they had learned into conscious actions to surmount difficulties. Guided by the spirit of the conference, they will translate loyalty to the Party into concrete efforts to pull the company through its tough challenges. They will test the outcomes of their study through tangible rectification results and sound business performance, stay confident and united as one, and fully strive to steer the company back onto a sound development track.
