Recently, the Yitai Yili project, for which the company supplied equipment, reached a significant milestone: the hydrostatic test of Boiler No.1 was successfully achieved on the first attempt, with all test indicators better than industry standards. This marks the completion of the boiler installation phase and lays a solid foundation for the project's subsequent progress.

This hydrostatic test was conducted in strict compliance with the established protocol and industry standards, comprehensively completing the entire closed-loop control process—including pressure stabilization, overpressure testing, and post-pressure reduction re-inspection—with standardized and regulated operations throughout. Test data showed a design pressure of 11.3 MPa and an overpressure test pressure of 14.12 MPa. System parameters remained stable throughout the pressure stabilization phase, with no leakage, deformation, or abnormalities observed in the boiler heating surfaces, pressure-bearing pipelines, valves, or any monitored weld joints.
