This initiative fosters a deep understanding of "for whom political achievements are established, what kind of achievements should be pursued, and how to achieve them," addressing the fundamental question of "on what basis development should be grounded" at its ideological roots. In conjunction with the company's annual key internal audit areas, specialized discussions are conducted, and theoretical knowledge is reinforced through both online and offline platforms, transforming learning outcomes into actionable strategies for identifying issues and driving improvements. Meanwhile, the committee confronts current development challenges head-on, unifies perspectives, strengthens accountability, and resolutely prevents a disconnect between learning and practice, thereby advancing the company's operational efficiency with a pragmatic approach. CWPC Joint Party Branch held a thematic symposium focusing on internal control management and critical business processes, conducting in-depth studies of relevant regulations and work requirements to comprehensively strengthen compliance awareness and bottom-line thinking. Party members shared insights from their respective positions, refining service measures to address the pressing concerns and difficulties faced by employees, thereby demonstrating a correct view of performance achievements through concrete actions that ensure standardized operations and effective service delivery.

The Joint Party Branch of CWEC: The Joint Party Branch of CWEC organized a thematic symposium, conducting a comprehensive self-inspection and self-correction in accordance with the learning requirements. It focused on addressing weak links in project management, clarified corrective measures and completion timelines, and ensured that the correct view of performance achievements took root and yielded tangible results at the project frontline.

The Party Branches of the CWIC Technology Center:  the Project Management Department, and the Alkali Furnace Business Unit: These branches held symposiums tailored to their respective operational needs, conducting tiered and categorized discussions on the theme "For whom are performance achievements established?" This initiative guided Party members and cadres to align their thoughts and actions with the company's strategic directives, ensuring comprehensive learning and education that resonated deeply with all staff.

The Party Branch of the CWIC Production Department and the Joint Party Branch for Comprehensive Quality and Marketing: These branches promoted rectification through discussions and enhanced performance through seminars. They focused on key tasks such as quality control and production organization to strengthen accountability, ensured strict adherence to production plans, established records and implemented closed-loop management for identified issues, and maintained stable and orderly production operations through sustained and effective corrective measures.

The Party Branches of the CWIC Heavy Capacity Sub-factory, Water-Cooled Wall Sub-factory, and Serpentine Pipe Sub-factory: Through thematic seminars, these branches established a tripartite learning system featuring "branch-led study, sub-factory-based research, and team-oriented practice." They closely integrated the study of correct performance achievement concepts with production safety and product delivery, deepening the integration of "Party building and production safety." Party members took the lead in tackling challenges, fully ensuring safety, facilitating delivery, and implementing tasks effectively.

We must be genuine and pragmatic, taking concrete actions to lay solid foundations for long-term development. Currently, the company is at a critical juncture of overcoming challenges and pursuing survival and growth. The Company's Party Committee will seize this learning and education initiative to guide all Party members and cadres in implementing the correct view of performance achievements effectively at the grassroots level.

First, we must address the question of "for whom are performance achievements established," shifting the focus from "benefiting the people" to a practical orientation of "fostering enterprise development and ensuring employee well-being," with all efforts centered on the survival of the enterprise and the interests of its employees.

Second, we must clarify "what kind of performance achievements to pursue," adhering to high-quality development, balancing production stability with safety assurance, and enhancing efficiency while strengthening internal controls, aiming for tangible and verifiable operational performance.

Third, we must determine "how to demonstrate our performance achievements," upholding a pragmatic and responsible approach, embodying the spirit that "success need not be attributed to me, but I must contribute to it," and diligently carrying out fundamental tasks such as internal control reforms and risk prevention.
