Quality forges brands; innovation drives development. September marks the 48th National Quality Month. To implement the "Quality-Driven Nation" strategy and enhance corporate quality and brand development capabilities, the company actively responded to the national Quality Month initiative. Centered on the theme "Strengthening Total Quality Management to Foster Quality-Driven Enterprises," diverse activities were conducted. Cultivating a quality culture and championing the artisan spirit, we elevate quality management standards while promoting quality brand principles.

Quality Month Activities, Pooling Efforts to Enhance Quality

Since the commencement of Quality Month, the company and its subsidiaries have adhered to the principles of "unified deployment, tiered responsibility, full participation, and tangible outcomes" as outlined in the 2025 Quality Month Activity Plan. Guided by the quality policy "Quality is the dignity of CWPC," systematic arrangements have been made for all activities. Efforts have been concentrated across four dimensions: awareness enhancement, responsibility implementation, process control, and cultural development. Through diverse Quality Month activities, we aim to elevate the quality literacy of all personnel, enhance customer satisfaction and brand reputation, improve manufacturing, engineering, and service quality, thereby injecting momentum into the company's development.

Equipment Manufacturing Prioritizes Quality, Assurance for Reliable Product Delivery

The company's equipment manufacturing division has comprehensively advanced quality enhancement by establishing a holistic control system. CWIC’s Technology Centre, Quality Technology Department, and Production Department have conducted specialized training programs focusing on technological innovation, quality inspection, and production control respectively. Through systematic instruction and practical guidance, these initiatives have strengthened professional capabilities, solidifying the technical and managerial foundations of quality control.

Frontline production units—including water-cooled wall, heavy vessel, and serpentine tube factories—have adopted a four-pronged approach: training, practical drills, rectification, and awareness campaigns. Quality lessons are delivered directly in workshops, case studies feature in pre-shift briefings, and slogans are displayed along production lines to address potential hazards through immediate investigation and correction. This series of measures not only fosters a pervasive culture where "everyone prioritizes quality and every task emphasizes quality," but also drives simultaneous enhancement of quality awareness and practical skills across the workforce. This has resulted in a significant increase in product qualification rates and sustained improvement in delivery capabilities.

EPC Quality First, Safeguarding Project Lifelines

Across the company's EPC division, project sites have implemented tangible measures. The Qitaihe and Wuhan South projects leveraged Quality Month activities to conduct pledge ceremonies and engineering quality training, embedding the "quality first" philosophy deeply within teams. The Xinjiang Tianye Project focused on overcoming challenges, accelerating construction progress while strictly adhering to quality and safety standards. This approach achieved simultaneous improvements in efficiency and quality, alongside coordinated advancement of schedule and safety, laying the foundation for the project's full commissioning in November. The Henan Xinao, Jiangsu Hongze, and Guizhou Qianxi projects addressed quality control challenges through meticulous, comprehensive inspections. Adopting a "pursuit of excellence" approach, they scrutinized every construction detail to rigorously uphold quality standards.

Quality is the lifeline of an enterprise and, for CWPC, it is a matter of honor. We shall seize the opportunity presented by Quality Month to steadfastly pursue survival through quality and enhance efficiency through quality.
